Coffee - The World's Drink!

India produces the finest mild coffee in the world. A bracing tropical climate, high altitudes, sun-washed slopes, a well-distributed rainfall and rich, fertile soil offer Indian coffee that distinctly different flavour.

Indian coffee is well-known for its fresh and tempting blue colour, absolute hygiene and excellent liquoring properties. While there are almost twenty species coffee plants, they broadly divided into two categories: Robusta and Arabica.

Native to Ethiopia, Robusta usually thrives at heights between 1500 and 600 feet. Strong in taste and flavour, this variety is more popular in France and Italy. Arabica, indigenous to Zaire, grows well at heights of 3000 feet or below.

The uniqueness of JFK’s Indian coffee is its exquisite aromatic flavour which is acquired through the special shaded environment in which the plants grow. This makes the coffee beans ripen at a slower pace.
